2. Services
Write Vibe offers a range of content creation services, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, web copy, technical writing, SEO content, and more. The specific scope of work, deadlines, and deliverables will be agreed upon between Write Vibe and the client prior to the commencement of any project. All services are provided as described in the project proposal or agreement.

3. Payment
Payments for our services must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices will be issued upon completion of the project or as per the agreed milestones. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services until payment is received. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

4. Revisions
Write Vibe offers a limited number of free revisions to ensure client satisfaction. The number of free revisions will be specified in the project agreement. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be subject to extra charges. All revision requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the final content.

5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all content created by Write Vibe becomes the intellectual property of the client. However, Write Vibe reserves the right to use the content in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing. Clients must ensure that they have the right to use any third-party materials provided to Write Vibe for the project.

6. Confidentiality
Write Vibe respects the confidentiality of our clients. We will not disclose any confidential information shared with us during the course of our work, including but not limited to business plans, marketing strategies, and proprietary information. All information will be handled with the utmost care and security.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for any work completed up to the date of termination. If a project is terminated before completion, the client will be billed for the proportionate amount of work completed. Any deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability
Write Vibe is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State/Country in which Write Vibe operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
